Embedding various kinds of objects in polished micro-concrete has become our favourite pastime. We had been experimenting with prismatic glass and intricate float glass profile cuts, when the refractive effects of the glass partially embedded in concrete caught our eye. We created a large table top with split glass marbles embedded in micro-concrete – the tableful of childhood.
